Simple primal eating

Typical evening meal after training day. Plenty of lean protein with about 0.5kg chicken breast, some extra low GI carbs with the sweet potato as well as the mixed veggies (broccoli, peppers, carrots, onions, garlic, ginger). Some fresh basil and thyme, salt and pepper, and a good chunk of butter to join the olive oil.

Get the onions, garlic and ginger going with the oil, brown the chicken next, then simmer the veges together with the butter and herbs for about 10mins. Sweet potato cooked separately and added at the end so they do not go mushy.
Enough for dinner and leftovers post training the day after.
